Moorilla Scholarship Exhibition - James Newitt and Alicia King
James Newitt and Alicia King, who have both exhibited at Criterion Gallery, are recipients of the 2009 Moorilla Scholarship. The work resulting from that support is being shown in the Bond Store at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.
James’ work, show me the truth and I’ll show you more of the same, consists of video and still photographs. Alicia’s work, the ephemeral flesh projects, consists of cross-media works.
The show opens on Friday, 22 May, and runs until 7 June.
