Scott Redford Sculpture at Queensland Art Gallery|Gallery of Modern Art
Scott Redford has installed a new sculpture outside the Queensland Art Gallery|Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane. The fantastic piece, entitled The High / Perpetual Xmas, No Abstractions, is part of the Contemporary Australia : Optimism exhibition. The sculpture was partly sponsored by Arts Queensland, the Queensland Government’s Public Art Fund, and will be installed outside the gallery for twelve months.

COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme
Criterion Gallery is a proud partner of the COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme.
The first scheme of its type in Australia, The COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme is an interest free loan program that enables you to purchase works by contemporary Tasmanian artists.
All Australian residents can apply to the scheme which can only be accessed through a select group of Tasmanian galleries. You can buy sculpture, glasswork, ceramics, paintings, drawings, photography, furniture, jewellery…any artwork by a Tasmanian living artist that retails between $400 - $10,000.
The minimum amount you can borrow is $750 and the maximum is $7,500. This means that you can buy a number of lower priced works retailing at $400 upwards, or with a deposit of $2,500 you can buy a single $10,000 work.
There are no application or administrative costs. The only cost is the retail price of the artwork.
