John Vella - Silicone Valley at Rose Bay High School
Silicone Valley is a massive decorative matrix generated through covering the wall surfaces of the school corrridor with 300,000 individual computer keys sourced from obsolete computer keyboards (recycling as rethinking).
The work was commissioned under the Tasmanian Government Art for Public Buildings Scheme.
